“Transmission electron microscopy of unstained cellulose nanofibers at acceleration voltage of 40 kV“
 While negative staining method is used for TEM observation of a specimen consisting of light elements to enhance the contrast, cellulose nanofibers was observed without negative staining by lowering accelerating voltage down to 40 kV.
