“Automatic measurements of the cellulose nanofiber lengths and diameters“
 Cellulose nanofibers (CNF) were observed at 80 kV. Low accelerating voltage allowed high contrast imaging of CNF. Length and diameter of CNF were automatically measured using image analysis software. Approximately 80% of the fiber lengths were 200 nm or less while about 80% of the fiber diameters were 6 to 9 nm.
