”Damage-less observation of the lithium-ion battery separator by controlled dosage”
 An uncoated Li-ion battery separator film was observed using Serial Frame Capture (SFC) function, which enables integration of specified frames. While integrated image of 1st to 12th frames exhibited lacy fibrillar structures and fine surface roughness, they were lost on that of 53rd to 64th frames due to irradiation damage caused by accumulated dose.
