“High contrast TEM observation of non-stained plant section using low accelerating voltage”
 Non-stained white radish sprouts (with only glutaraldehyde fixation) was observed with low voltage TEM. The image obtained at 20kV has much higher contrast to reveal the plant cell structure compared to the one at 80kV.
