”Cryo-Cross Section Milling of Plant specimen Using IL1000 ionic liquid”
 Ionic liquid was applied to maintain morphology of a hydrated hollow sample, plant leaf, during cooled ion milling and SEM observation. Glandulars and trichomes were clearly observed and the structures of vascular bundle and collenchyma were well preserved.
