“Introduction of low accelerating voltage observation by using SU3500“
 Uncoated photocatalytic fiber was observed at the accelerating voltage of 15 kV and 1.5 kV. Surface TiO2 particles were observed only at 1.5 kV. While tablet confectionery was observed at the accelerating voltage of 1.5 kV without deformation, its needle shape crystal grain suffered beam damage at 3 kV.
