“EDX analysis of Cu2O/Au cubic core-shell nano particles”
 Cubic Cu2O/Au core-shell nano particles were observed and analyzed by using high resolution FE-SEM with large area SDD. While core-shell structure in about 150 nm cubic particles was clearly observed in the BSE image, distributions of oxygen, copper, and gold were shown in the EDX maps.
