”SEM imaging of cathode of lithium ion battery”
 A cathode of Li ion battery was imaged with SE signal and low energy loss BSE signal. While the shape of tiny particles on active materials were observed in SE image, their distribution was clearly visualized in BSE image with enhanced material contrast.
