“EBSD analysis of Multi Layer Ceramic Capacitor with SU8200“
 EBSD analysis was performed on Multi Layer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC). While BSE image shows strong material contrast and crystal contrast of Ni electrode and BaTiO3 ceramics, band contrast map demonstrates crystal grain diameter range around 85-750 nm. Crystal orientation map indicates the random crystal orientation of BaTiO3.
