“Serial block-face imaging and 3D reconstruction of Arabidopsis root with SU5000 and Gatan 3View® 2XP（１）”
 1000 serial block face images of a resin embedded Arabidopsis root were collected under low vacuum condition without charging. Cell shapes and configuration can be three-dimensionally grasped in the 3D reconstruction. Also, 8k x 8k high resolution images allow detailed observation of endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria with digital zoom function.
