“3D structural analysis using 3D reconstruction of Arabidopsis root with SU5000 and Gatan 3View® 2XP（2）”
 From a 3D reconstruction of a tissue of Arabidopsis root and its segmentation, Volumes of cells inside the endodermis and lateral root cap are considered smaller than 100 μm3 while those of Epidermis and cortex are larger than 200 μm3.
Histograms tell distribution of cell volume and surface area as well as quantity of each cell.
