“Analysis of Au-CeO2 catalysis using HF5000“
Au-CeO2 catalysis was analyzed using Aberration Corrected STEM. Elemental map shows Au particles which was difficult to distinguish in Dark Field STEM image. High resolution SEM reveals surface of Au particle and CeO2 support in detail in addition to atomic columns.
