“Automatic distribution measurement of nanofibers diameter”
 Diameter of nanofibers were automatically measured using low accelerating voltage SEM images without charging. Each fiber is recognized by image binarization and its length, angle, diameter, average values, standard deviation and minimum and maximum values were automatically reported as well as their distribution.
