“SEM-KFM correlative investigation of aluminum alloy (A6063) corrosion state”
 Corrosion state of aluminum alloy (A6063) was investigated by Kelvin probe Force Microscopy (KFM) and SEM-EDX. SEM(BSE) image, KFM image and EDX elemental maps of the same inclusions in aluminum matrix revealed the correlation of composition distribution and electric potential distribution.
