“Heating observation of an anomaly Zinc plating”
 Zn plated layer was heated and observed in situ using heating stage inside the SEM chamber. Precipitates formed on the surface at 100 ℃ and grew at 200 ℃. Heating up to 300 ℃ provoked cracks on the plated layer.
