||Quick correlative light and electron microscopic observation of cultured mouse cells using the MirrorCLEM system and IL1000 ionic liquid treatment
Cultured mouse cells were observed with Correlative Light and Electron Microscopy (CLEM) system and ionic liquid, eliminating dehydration and drying processes. The oval shape structures having nuclear protein (H2B-mCherry, red) can be recognized as nuclei. The area having mitochondria protein (Mito-EGFP, green) corresponds with mitochondria (500 nm-2 μm).
