||“High resolution lattice imaging of Pyrophylite”
Lattice image of Pyrophylite (Al2Si4O10(OH)2), a kind of the silicate mineral, was obtained using 30 kV STEM-in-SEM. Thanks to in-lens objective lens system, lattice fringes of 0.45 nm was observed at x3M magnification.
