“SEM of ion milled dental casting alloy (Au-Ag-Pd-Cu)”
 Metallographic structure of worn dental casting alloy was observed after mechanical polishing with and without subsequent ion milling. Ion milled sample provided much higher crystallographic contrast and showed finer crystalline structure.
