“SEM analysis of CFRP internal structure“
 CFRP was analyzed using variable pressure SEM with ion milling system. Crisscross structure of CNT within CFRP can be observed in the cross-sectional image. Zoomed image revealed the existence of voids in the resin. Voids can be automatically extracted and measured by use of the image analysis software.
