“Observation of CNT using STEM Holder“
 CNTs containing Fe particles, catalyst for CNT growth, was observed using STEM-in-SEM on thermoemission tungsten SEM. While BF-STEM images show the shape of nanotubes and particles down to several tens of nm, BSE image exhibits strong material contrast of Fe particles.
