“High Resolution Observation and EDX Analysis for catalyst under Low Acceleration Voltage“
 Pt/C catalyst was investigated by ultrahigh resolution SEM. Surface topography of carbon fiber and the shape of sub-10 nm Pt particles were clearly observed in SE images. BSE images obviously visualized the distribution of Pt particles. Pt particles of 5 to 10 nm were identified by low energy EDX.
