“Cross-sectional observation of charged negative electrode in a lithium ion battery“
 Cross section of charged lithium ion battery negative electrode was prepared by BIB (Broad Ion Beam) milling and observed by Field Emission SEM at accelerating voltages of 1 kV. The sample was transferred using air protection sample holder to avoid reaction with moisture and/or oxygen.
