“SEM and CSI observation of Osteoclasts“
Osteoclasts was investigated using SEM and Scanning White-Light Interference Microscope. While some parts of dentin surface are smooth, some are rough where bone resorption occurs. Scanning White-light Interference Microscope revealed the average hollow depth of 6.61 µm.
