“Observation and EBSD analysis of copper powder’s cross section“
 Cross section of copper powders was prepared using Broad Ion Beam milling and observed by SEM. Dendritic structure of copper powders was observed at low magnification. Copper grains were clearly seen at high magnification. Those with diameters of several microns to sub-50 nm were identified by EBSD analysis.
