||“Evaluation of Micropores of Syringe Filter Using Ionic Liquid (IL1000)“
Micropores in a syringe filter were evaluated using SEM and Ionic Liquid. The syringe filter was immersed in Ionic Liquid and sectioned by Broad Ion Beam milling. While fibers at the back of micropores were caught in conventional cross-sectional SEM, only micropores and fibers on the cross-section surface were visualized thanks to Ionic Liquid treatment.
