“FE-SEM observation of a high capacity hard disk“
 Two-dimensional magnetic recording (TDMR) hard disk was analyzed using ultrahigh resolution FE-SEM. While two readers and V-shaped writer were imaged at low accelerating voltage, magnetic particles on the media disc were clearly observed at high accelerating voltage for nanoscale measurements.
