Overview “The high-spatial-resolution SEM-EDX mapping of the Fe-catalyzed CNTs“

Fe-catalyzed CNTs was analyzed using ultrahigh resolution FE-SEM. High resolution BSE image, STEM image and EDX elemental maps were acquired at the working distance of 6 mm without changing imaging conditions or stage position. Fe particles with a diameter of 10 nm contained within nanotubes were clearly visualized in EDX elemental map.
