”Ultra-low-voltage observation of Lithium-ion battery anode material surface”
 Surface of lithium-ion battery anode active material was observed using ultralow accelerating voltage SEM. Binder residues adhering on the surface was clearly imaged at the accelerating voltage of 20 V without applying the sample bias. Further magnification revealed the binders connecting each other with thin fibrous structures.
